My Story
Jeffrey Rodriguez is a partner at Quesada Valdes Rodriguez, PLLC, where he focuses his practice on residential and commercial real estate transactions, real estate development, corporate structuring and mergers and acquisitions, real estate finance, and complex commercial matters. With nearly two decades of experience, Jeffrey represents investors, developers, entrepreneurs, and closely held businesses across all stages of the transaction lifecycle—from acquisition and financing through development, operation, and disposition.
Prior to joining Quesada Valdes Rodriguez, Jeffrey spent 17 years at Adams Gallinar, P.A., where he was a partner and built a substantial transactional practice handling sophisticated real estate and corporate matters throughout South Florida. During his tenure, Jeffrey advised clients on high-value commercial acquisitions, development projects, joint ventures, lender-side and borrower-side financings, and complex ownership and governance structures, earning a reputation as a practical, business-minded attorney with deep deal experience.
Jeffrey received his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Nova Southeastern University, where he was a four-year starter and Senior Captain of Nova Southeastern’s Baseball Team, and was awarded the Collegiate All-American Scholar Award for academic excellence as a student-athlete. He earned his Juris Doctor from St. Thomas University School of Law, where he served as a legal intern with the United States Department of Justice, Civil Division, U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of Florida, as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Richard J. Suarez of the Florida Third District Court of Appeal, and as a Certified Legal Intern in the Appellate Division of the Miami-Dade County Public Defender’s Office.
In addition to his legal practice, Jeffrey has been actively involved in public service. In 2015, he was appointed to the Miami Lakes Planning and Zoning Board, the Town’s local planning agency responsible for zoning variance approvals and recommendations on land-use matters. He was named Chairman of the Board in 2016, serving in that role until 2018. In November 2018, Jeffrey was elected to the Miami Lakes Town Council, where he served a four-year term, including his final year as Vice Mayor of Miami Lakes.

Jeffrey is married to his high school sweetheart, Gisela, and they have two children, Ava and Alec. Outside of his practice, Jeffrey remains actively involved in community, youth, and civic initiatives and brings the same discipline, leadership, and strategic thinking to his legal work that has defined his professional career.
